The founder of CH Topnotch Constructions P/L has been building quality Contemporary new homes and Period style renovations and extensions within the inner-urban areas of Melbourne since 1988.

VBA affiliation gives you peace of mind when choosing a registered or licensed practitioner to undertake your work. The VBA’s purpose is to promote building practices that protect the safety and health of you, the consumer.

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is the official body of Australia’s home building industry.

When you choose an HIA registered builder, they agree to be bound by the HIA National Code of Ethics designed to promote the highest standards of work and conduct by members within the community.

Under the National Code of Ethics, HIA members shall conduct their business to provide products and services with competence, fairness, value, honesty, and integrity.
